Contest: Share Some Effective Ways To Reduce Weight

Our modern society and 21st of century has a big problem with unhealthy and high calories consume and heavy weight. When we think about weight how we should know what is healthy and what is unhealthy weight. When I was a teenager and in our school we were told that in order to find your approximate ideal weight you should take your height, for example 165 cm and deduct 100, then you have 65 and that is the weight that you should not exceed.
Everyone can develop overweight, when we do eat more than our body requires and the same time we do not exercise in the volume of necessary on order to burn all that energy.
There are few organs that suffer a lot from heavy weight:
joints, constant heavy weight that our legs have to carry everyday can cause damage of the joints, chronic pain and the people stop moving, that is circle, people do not move and gain more weight, more weight more difficult to move
heart vessels, overweight cause atherosclerosis of vessels, so the organs receive less blood supply and suffer from heart attack
diabetes comes alongside with overweight and that usually damages kidneys, eyes and causing damage to peripheral nerves cause ulcers, wound healing problem and require amputation
One of the main reason why people are heavy is the people consume too much calories, therefore, the easiest way to get rid of it, reduce the calorie intake and also avoid sugary drinks, sweets, greasy food, bread. Do not eat late. Also, it is important to do regular exercises, like moving simpel is regular walking at least 1 hour a day.

I would also add to what was written above - healthy sleep. When you don't sleep enough, you eat a lot.
