We are all fine, thank you I hope you are living a prosperous life. I am sure that I will make use of your guideline which entails that men should consume 3.7 l of water and women should consume 2.7 l of water. Smoothies and fruits can make hydration of the body more easier while the consumption of alcohol can distort the proper functioning of the body affecting our overall health and having a negative impact on hydration.
