Hello friends, it my dearest pleasure to welcome y'all to my blog where I am discussing about the important hydration in summer , a contest hosted by @abdullahw2 in this incredible healthy steem community. Within few minutes spend here, you'll have to learn about the important of staying hydrated during Summer season.

During summer season the weather is always hot and humans body do experience intense heat in both internal and external skin, this is the part where water comes in because as liquid as it is, it play an important role in keeping us cool which we human are always in desperate need during this season.

Why is staying hydrated more important in the summer than other seasons?

Talking of staying hydrated during Summer season, I'll say that it is very very important and necessary. Summer season as we all understand is a kind of hot season, I mean intense hot season that drains water in our system, when water in our system is being drained out, we need water to replace the drained out ones hence staying hydrated is required.

Others season which is wet season is known for its resources, rainfall, high humidity and etc. we don't seem to need enough water during this season because even the weather is cold and it is full of rainfall which trigger coolness to the body. So instead of needing hydration during this type of season, we prefer dehydrated instead.

You can see why hydration is important during summer, it helps keep our body temperature in a normal rate, also to boast our energy and reduce dehydration health risk.

How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

Staying hydrated after exercise.

Well I'd make friend with a lot of water during this season though I don't have a record of the quantity. Here in Nigeria, summer season is always hot, more like a hell if exist, without enough water survival would be very complicated to living souls.

Well I actually don't have a special routine apart from drinking enough water after eating a particular meal. Others moment are during exercise like normal without routine, football, jogging and etc.

During this moment, the need of water is always necessary because we I usually sweat, like very sweaty and my throat would be dry which indicates a sign of dehydration, at this point I'll just pick up my water bottle and feed on it.

What are your favorite hydrating foods, drinks or beverages during hot weather?

Fruits, my favourite hydration foods are fruit, a variety of fruit. Fruits are watery and juicy during summer I'd feel addicted to eating them. Fruits like pineapple, watermelon, cucumber, ripe banana and etc.

porridge plantain.fried rice.Noodles.

I also eat foods like noodles, porridge plantain, rice, beans, soup and etc. these food provides me enough energy, protein, carbonhydrate and the rest classes of food which together form a complete diet in my system.
In terms of drinks; I'd like to drink malt, milkshake, cold tea, minerals and etc.

How dehydration affects our body? And how to overcome that situation?

Dehydration isn't good to human body as it trigger several negative effects in our body, dehydration can possibly trigger headache and in most cases dehydration does trigger low blood pressure especially if the dehydration is very severe and not taking a proper care of, It also cause the mouth to dry and etc.

In solution to dehydration, drinking a lots of water in a day regularly can help overcome dehydration. Sometimes taking a rest and ignoring anything stressful can help too. It is always advice to seek for medical help too as they're professional in treatment.

In conclusion, staying hydrated in summer is very necessary as it prevents us from those negative health effects cause by dehydration during this season. Fruits like watermelon, cucumber, pineapple are watery and can be good for preventing dehydration.

I really applaud your work here bro. Staying hydrated is very very important for I health most especially during the summer where the body temperature can lift up to 41° c. When we stay hydrated our chances of having risks associated with dehydration become few, it also helps the body to work efficiently making the immune system strong to fight and combat diseases which can distort our health. You said it bro jokes apart, Nigeria is a country which experiences a high intense heat during summer, no wonder you cannot calculate the amount of times you consume water or even create a routine for yourself.

Come on man🤵, you have a good collection of fruits which helps man's body to always remain hydrated, watermelon 🍉, noodles and fruits are of good importance in staying hydrated most especially during summer. Dehydration can certainly lead to fatal diseases which can make the body become abnormal and ineffective, it's also causes dry mouth according to you.
