What do you understand by balanced diet?
The Balanced diet just implies taking different foodstuffs in their proper proportion so as to achieve a healthy body. It entails the meals in all the broad categories inclusive of the fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins as well as dairy products. All the groups contain important nutrients, vitamins and minerals, which contribute to the body growth, repair and activity.
A balanced diet also implies having no excess amounts of sugar, salt or unhealthy fats and much water. Such consumption of food maintains good weight, increases energy, enhances the immune system and avoids diseases. The issue of balanced diet is never the issue of starvation and food aversion but the diversified food that contains everything that is required to make life healthy and happy.
Effects of diet on overall health.
Our diet has a large contribution to our health and well being. Our health depends directly on the food we consume in terms of our vitality, development and resistance to diseases. When one eats well, the body stays strong, the body shape is healthy and there are no chances of having health related complications such as diabetes, heart diseases and obesity.
So the immune system boosting and mood enhancing effects of fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods, and lean proteins make us happier and also full of energy. Quite on the contrary, an imbalanced system of nutrition that is saturated with sugar, processed food and bad fats may cause weakness, loss of concentration and illnesses. Healthy eating on a daily basis is one of the best options in our daily lives of taking care of ourselves in a manner that will permit us to live longer, happier and more active life.
What diet do you prefer for your health care?and why?
To remain healthy, I would prefer taking a balanced diet by having fruits, vegetables, whole grain and lean protein. Such type of diet helps me remain strong, energetic and healthy on day-to-day basis. The foods I select have the required level of vitamins, minerals and fiber, which facilitates improved digestive system, heart activities and my immunity. I do not eat processed food or added sugar and unhealthy fats that would in the long run lead to health issues. Water consumption also constitutes an enormous element in my diet as I make sure to drink plenty of water.
Food, as I believe, is not only the thing that has to taste good, but also the thing that has to allow me to fill my body with nutrients and maintain it in the most decent condition possible. Healthy eating makes me feel awesome and live happier and more active life with my friends and family.
Any diet suggestions on your experience that make healthy.
One of the numerous dietary suggestions that have been helpful to me in keeping a healthy lifestyle is eating all forms of foodstuffs, though in restricted amounts. Take plenty of fruit, vegetables and whole grain that are the providers of needed nutrients and fiber that provide energy and health. Fish, eggs or nuts are examples of healthy sources of protein and they can keep muscles and tissues healthy, and avocado or olive oil are examples of healthy fats and also they can contribute to the health of brain and heart.
And drink plenty of water and take lots of it, is so important also. The complex of these benefits allows me to experience the feeling of power, energy, and readiness to take the maximum out of every day, and it also decreases chances of health issues later in life.

Everything you said is absolutely correct, Apart from this, we should drink as much water as possible. We should drink about 8 to 12 glasses of water a day because this is also very important for the functioning of our body. Lack of water can also lead to death. Therefore, all the points you have mentioned are very important, which I really liked your posting.
