Run Morning Good For Health
Health Competition-Best Exercise in Nature
Morning run is very good for our body health, and some of the benefits I know are as follows:
Healthy Heart
When we run, not only the leg muscles that work and improve its function, but the heart will also be active in pumping blood in order to meet the nutritional and oxygen needs for the muscles used to run. If jogging becomes a routine, then the heart will be trained to continue to work well so that the status becomes healthier than the heart that is not trained.
This is also supported by studies that show that by running as far as 16 km a week will reduce the risk of disease or blood pressure disorder by 39%. In addition, the problem of cholesterol deposits in the heart's blood vessels (atherosclerosis) can be reduced to 34%.
Running the morning has the benefit of helping reduce the risk of heart and blood vessel diseases due to bad cholesterol deposits such as coronary heart disease.
Overcoming Hypertension
It is believed that cardio exercise such as jogging has no less good benefits in circulating blood. Morning run moves are relaxed, somewhat proportional enough to maintain the pattern of heartbeat. If it is so, then the blood pressure becomes more normal and the heartbeat becomes disordered.
For people with hypertension or high blood is not allowed to do strenuous exercise that is too spurred the work of the heart, such as running fast, soccer, and so forth. But experts suggest that starting to get used to running the run with a run note should not hurry. Consult this issue with your doctor.
Strong Muscles and Healthy
Muscles are part of our body that if increasingly driven to a certain extent, it will increase its ability. When the leg muscles are used for morning runs, then he will adapt, form a denser mass, more energy reserves, and of course become stronger than ever. But when the morning run routine is not continued, the muscles will return as before.
That's just some of the benefits of jogging for health that I know, hopefully useful for all of us.
Thanks @tatjanastan for this competition.
