Why so many Serpents in healthcare industry?

I've had many instances of medical professional failing to give me proper medical treatment, and just acting like delinquent trash in general. After dealing with this for some time now, as I went to give a negative review, I noticed the two hospitals nearest to me have a 3-star rating on Google with close to half of the reviews being a 1-star review.

Many of them seem to have a mentality where If they cure people they will not get as much work, and so they fuck people over as a means of job security. These people are some evil, serpentine people. I guess that's just the world we live in now...
