haha, really cool I never thought of this. One other thing you can do is to put a pillow between your knees, it helps straighten you back out while sleeping. I have given you a follow

Well if it works for you it will be...it is probably like everything else as individuals are different, it will help some and others not so much. But it is free and easy and I think worth a try.

Yes that is true, there has been alot of research behind it though
