There are various ways you can do to lose weight. This usually involves "restraint." However, a psychologist and writer from the United States even use self-indulgent tricks as a way to lose weight, which is using masturbation.

Speaking to Men's Health, quoted Tuesday (27/06/2017), psychologist and author Ramani Durvasula said, masturbation and orgasm helped him lose weight even up to tens of kilos.

To get results like Dr. Durvasula this, you have to do is not just a masturbasi diligent only. Method of weight loss through masturbation is done with a system.

When newly divorced. Dr. Durvasula says he intends to improve his life. One way is to lose weight and get the ideal body.

The author of You Are Why You Eat says he exchanged good (but unhealthy) goodies he likes with other pleasures: masturbation and orgasm.

"It's human nature to repeat something if it gets rewarded, I do not eat cake anymore, I masturbate, I get an orgasm - and I then connect the eating of the cake with orgasm, basically, the reward should be satisfactory," he explained.

To make sure the trick works, Dr. Durvasula says you also should not masturbate at will. Make sure masturbation and orgasm you get, only after doing a decent deed can be rewarded - for example not eating unhealthy food but delicious.

"Most of us eat too much and choose bad food, but when we suppress the desire to eat something good, we have to exchange it with something, I think a certain amount of pleasure should be earned every day."
