I respectfully completely disagree with this whole article , this is exactly what mainstream media has been pushing for years and the obesity diet has only gotten worse . If you tell people to cut out fat and they listen to you , you are directly responsible for killing the steemit users that follow this bad advice,low fat ( cholesterol) is the main reason for Alzheimer's disease . Alzheimer disease did't even exist 40 yrs ago umm??? what changed o that's right we removed the fat and replaced it with sugar.

The main stream pushes to eat less fat and exercise more if that propaganda worked we would be the healthiest people on earth but in fact we are the sickest.

If you have a fat face its because you are fat and need to lose the weight there is no such thing as spot exercising (Facial Exercises) to loose a specific area of fat. Second doing this exercises will cause you to get wrinkles and prematurely age , wrinkles are caused by doing an excessive amount of facial moving aka laugh lines come from laughing to much.

If you want to put some spring in you face eat some bone meal broth for the collagen that will allow your skin to be elastic.

Exercise myth : Your body is not a furnace it is a biochemical electrical machine calories in does't = calories out. you body need to relax and feel at piece b4 you can loose weight if you go running around like your being chased by that imaginary bear you will never get you body to go off stress mode, And stress is one of the most powerful fat BLOCKING hormone you can trigger. The max exercise you should do is a 30 sec to 1 min high intensity burst workout.
