Every year on October 10, WHO launches World Mental Health Day. The whole world commemorates to raise awareness about mental health issues. This year, the theme of World Mental Health Day is Psychological First Aid and Mental Health for All. This is unusual because generally, we know first aid as a rescue device in the event of an emergency.

Living happily is the hope of everyone in the world without exception. Having a family and friends who are very supportive, sufficient sustenance for daily needs, or even being able to take a break from home routine, for example, can be a joy. Because professional assistance is not necessarily available when the crisis is first experienced.
