In this third and final part we look at Dr. Johanna Budwig, a German biochemist who had an insatiable passion for helping people who were suffering from serious illnesses. Her dietary advice today is known as the Budwig Diet. It is designed to induce natural remission of degenerative diseases and tumor activity.

I could go on about how great she was but if you are reading this I am sure you are more interested in how this miracle cure works. Right?

Well there is no such thing as a miracle cure. However human beings have something way better; a powerful body that is able to fight just about any disease you throw at it. The only problem is that we do not know how to activate our body to fight back.

The Budwig Center

At the Budwig Center your body is taught to correct the DNA production of cells. This is vital to getting cured because diseased cells are damaged cells. The body than produces over 500 million diseased cells a day which are copies of the original cells.

If the DNA is not corrected the body will keep on producing millions more diseased and damaged copies. I know I am scared; you are probably leaning towards your computer screen with your hand on your mouth after reading that.

Below are some of the things you will need to avoid while on the diet:

  • Trans-fats
  • Hydrogenated oils
  • Olive oil
  • White sugar
  • Soy products
  • Soy milk
  • Butter
  • Microwaved food
  • Maple syrup
  • Molasses
  • Eggs
  • Corn
  • All processed food
Cosmetics and household cleaning products containing unnatural chemicals must also be avoided.

Really? All I Have to do is Change My Diet?

Not quite! We do not know of any clinical trials that prove that the Budwig Diet cures cancer. However, there is some evidence from a small sample group that shows sufficient success rates.

Talk to your medical doctor about the possibility of incorporating the Budwig Diet into your cancer treatment plan.

Conclusion

We have come to the end of the three part blog post. I hope you have enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Remember that you are the one who is responsible for your body; not the doctors, the giant pharmaceuticals, or the greedy insurance companies. Be smart about how you go about seeking cure for your illnesses and staying healthy by keeping an open mind.

We do not advocate any particular method of cure. Our duty is to furnish you with information so you can make an informed decision.

Thank you and stay healthy!
