RE: BACK PAIN [PREVENTION & CURE

in #health6 years ago

Nothing will immobilize you like back pain. Stretching in the morning is the way I start every day, not particulary doing yoga , but I will try a couple of the positions suggested. I think with back pain, the old saying, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. People need to get up off of their gluteus maximus and move around. Being out of shape and carrying around those extra pounds cann't be too good for your back. Keeping a strong core is key.

exactly prevention is the best way to keep our all problems at bay so walking and stretching in the morning is important it increases flexibility ,range of motion and flow to your muscles
yoga is good not only for body it also benefits to the different parts of the body .such as relief from stress ,anxiety, insomnia, and depression.

Who suffers from stress, anxiety, insomnia or depression. Ha Ha!! People should give it a try and with all of it's benefits we could put the big drug makers out of business. But, then again popping a pill for the ailments you mentioned is a lot easier, takes no time or effort. Wake up people, the side effects of drugs that may or may not counter these problems can be worse than the problem it's self.
