Easy habits that helped transform my life
Posture
This is one of the very important aspects of life that is often overlooked. Due to Smartphones and sitting at a desk all the time all of us are slouching with rounded shoulders. Not only does it look terrible but it's also a health risk in your later life. So what can I do about it?
If you suffer from slouching and a little rounded back take 5 Minutes out of your day to do the following exercise:
Stand with your back to a wall and make sure your feet, lower back, upper back and head are pressed against the wall at the same time. Then hold your arms up and bend at the elbows so that the back of your hands are at the wall too. Now try to move your arms up and down as if you are pressing a plate up but remember to keep your body and arms pressed to the wall.
You will feel a difference immediately after and doing it consistenly, your posture will be improved greatly. This is a nice video which illustrates the exercise precisely.
Fitness
This one is very basic: Just lift some weights every day or at least do a physicially demanding activity for 60 minutes every other day. When resting, make sure to at least include a little walk to keep fit and relaxed.
Doing this will make you physically stronger, improve your physique (making you look better), and also make you feel calm and relaxed after as you can escape from the daily stress. Also exercise releases endorphins making you feel good and improving your mood and confidence.

Seriously do it. This is probably the biggest of all of them. Gather knowledge on subjects that interest you and that you have a passion for.
Start with 1 book every week.
I know, I know it sound way to much but instead of mindlessly watching TV it is definitly a better free-time activity. Reading the right books for you will greatly benefit you and make you one step ahead of your competition. You don't have to read complicated books but just new and exciting books that interest you are enough.
Getting rid of your fears
Every day for 5-15 minutes write down what you fear with your non-dominant hand. Be honest. Then relax for a few minutes and put the pen in your dominant hand to write down your answer to these question. Be optimistic but keep it real.
This exercise is great because when done consistently you will see big increase in your confidence and overall mood. You will know what your fears are and will be able to overcome them. You will be able to step out of your comfort defeating your fears once and for all.
Planning
10 Minutes every day you will write down what your goals are, what you have to do in order to achieve them and visualize the kind of life you want to have in 5 years.
With this one as with all of the habits I mentioned it is vital that you do this consistently. You will start to internalize all of your goals, be it financial, physicial or relationship goals. What kind of lifestyle do you want to have? What will your perfect day look like? What is your mission in life? All of these are questions that you will have to ask yourself. As a tip: Write everything down from a first person perspective. It will make the plan easier to grasp for you.
Dieting
Let's keep it super simple with this one:
Eat more vegetables, eat more protein, eat only when you are hungry and stay away from junk food.
Do not analyse every little ingredient of all the food you eat. It doesn't matter. Consistency is key. I myself am struggling with this a lot as these chips are so fucking tasty but so be it haha. We all know that diet has a huge influence on your overall mood, happiness, body and feelings. It is sooo important. You will thank yourself when you are older and still fit. For some fasting apparently is also working wonders but as I have not tried it myself I can't really recommend it.
Bonus: Cold Showers.
Take a cold shower every day to energize and toughen yourself.
Cold showers are all over the internet lately. From benefits ranging from improved immune system to a better skin it is obvious that one should at least try it out even though it might be incredibly hard.
This was a comprehensive list of habits and actionable advice which I have used to improve my own life step by step!
