RE: Excuse me, this is considered food?
I sometimes wonder why there are known poisons in our food supply. It's pretty clear at this point that the regulators who are supposedly protecting us from toxic foods are more concerned with the profit margins of their corporate handlers than they are with the well being of the people who entrust them with their protection.
Our society in the USA is largely unaware that addictive food additives are a part of so many items on the shelves of the grocery stores. We live in a culture where the same corporations which manufacture cigarettes are manufacturing food, it's more than speculation that they use similar addictive chemicals in both food and tobacco.
I wrote a post about the use of chemicals in growing food. Your post is inspirational, I plan to write a post about food additives and the ailments which are known to be caused by their consumption.
So well said. Yes, I agree completely.
It is so so so sad.
Profits over health and well being. However, we have the power to shift the tide~ and that is what I emphasize and focus on! Thank you for your contribution here ... highly valuable.
