o that chocolate.. Can you?
Yes I eat chocolat! Each day for many years and I'm healthy as a fish. In fact I encourage you to do so to! But..Isn't that bad for you? Don't you get fat? The answer is no, not if.. you know the do's and don't.
To get your juices flowing here are some fun facts if you eat the right kind. If you don't, you'll die of a heart attack or grow a 6th toe. ;)
Study showed that, on average, chocolate eaters have a lower BMI. (body mass index)
How did that happen?
Eating chocolate on a regular base in small portions lowers the overall intake of bad fats.
It slows your digestion so you feel full for a longer period of time.

One of the oldest registered woman in the world was a big fan of chocolate. Jeanne-Louise Calumet (122 years old) from France ate a whopping 1 kg of chocolate each week. Imagine at least 100 kilo's of chocolate in a lifetime. That's a small swimming pool.
Researchers from the Swinburne University of Technology found out that overall happiness is greater if you eat chocolate. It produces endorfine, the happy hormone.
(yes I'm asking myself the same question. Chocolate meets technology?!)
Chocolate actually has more anti oxidants then most so called super foods.
So what kind is the right kind?
Dark chocolate! At least with 70% cacao.
I personally get the 99% ones but ppl in my surroundings call that one 'disappointment' because the expect a lot but get the bitter taste. >.<
Watch out:
Always choose a bar without sugar as first ingredient.
First ingredient should be cacao mass.
White chocolate is wrong fats and sugar and has none of the benefits. (So if your dog eats it.. don't panic!)
Milk is in between and has some of the benefits.
I'll hope you enojoyed this post! ( It's my first one :) )
