5 Easy Tips for Healthy Skin

So we’re looking for healthy skin? Hmm. The most important thing for healthy skin in my opinion is to always stay happy and always smile because you’re awesome. With that said there are certain handy tips which can help the skin get healthier, try these for short term as well as long term benefits.

1. Keep your body hydrated.

Drinking water keeps your skin glowing and youthful throughout the day. Water is very important for healthy skin. So keep your body hydrated and look beautiful.

2. Eat healthy food.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables allows antioxidants into your diet, making your skin beautiful from the inside out.

3. Protect your skin.

All tanning causes damage to your skin, so choose the right sunscreen and wear it every day.

4. Get plenty of Sleep.

Sleep is essential for healthy skin, and not enough quality sleep will make your skin look tired and older, especially with bags under your eyes.

5. Do Exercise.

Most of the people don’t realise is that exercising can actually help you skin look and stay healthy.

I personally start my day with water soaked almonds and a glass full of water (trying to get that to two) and I believe that helps my skin a lot and like I said I stay happy, Smile 🙂
