8 Foods That May Cause Migraine
Did you know that excessive use of caffeine can lead to headaches and migraines? However, once you're used to, you don't have to shut it down at the same time. This can also cause problems.
Migraine is one of the main reasons why people make a doctor's appointment. According to data gathered by the World Health Organisation it’s even one of the main reasons why people can’t do all sorts of things.

When you are used to a lot of caffeine and you haven’t drinking caffeine in a day it can also have a negative impact on your body.
That's why it's best to check that you swallow not much of it, and also that you not immediately stop drinking caffeine.
7. Chocolate
A small amount of chocolate provides your body by antioxidants and it offers benefits to your circulation and cognitive health.
People who eat too much chocolate have a greater chance of migraines, since the tyramine content affects the vasodilation.
8. Refined grains
Refined flour and other sources of gluten can also be associated with a worsening of the symptoms of migraine. This hard to digest protein caused for those of you who have an intolerance imbalances in the stomach, intestinal and metabolic processes in the body.
People with gluten intolerance or celiac disease will see a lot of improvement when they start to avoid gluten.
