HIV: HIV is the short form of "human immunodeficiency virus"

HIV is the virus which attacks human immune system, that is body,s main natural defence system against disease.

If HIV is not treated, it may takes around 15 years for the immune system to be severely damaged that it can will not be able to protect body from that virus. it can no longer defend itself at all.

Important facts about HIV:

HIV is present in samples of semen, blood, vaginal and anal fluids, and breast milk.

HIV doesn't has capacity to be transmitted through sweat, saliva or urine.

Always use male condoms or female condoms during intercourse as this is the only and best way to be protected from this deadly disease.

At time of injecting drugs, always ask for new and fresh needle and syringe, and don,t share your syringes with anyone.

If pregnant female living with HIV, the virus can be transmitted to the newborn during birth or after birth via breast milk. Always complete your medication.

AIDS is the short form of "Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome"

AIDS can also be defined as advanced stage HIV infection or late-stage HIV.

AIDS is a condition in which there are set of symptoms and illnesses developing because of advance stage HIV infection
that destroyed the human immune system.

Treatment for HIV means that more people are protected from this deadly disease, with less people developing AIDS.

Early Stage of HIV Infection:

Normally 9 out of 10 people with disease develop flu-like condition after few weeks of getting infection. Few Individual,s don,t show any symptoms during this stage.

Common symptoms that are normally present at this stage include fatigue, fever, mouth ulcers, swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, muscle aches, night sweats, chills and rash. If anyone having these symptoms, we suggest that you contact concerned doctor in your area.

HIV Infection to AIDs:

If patient don't take medicines for HIV, the virus that has entered the human body will make your immune system weaker thus resulting in AIDS, the last stage of this deadly disease. Below I have mentioned few symptoms of the disease:

Weight loss

Night seats or fever

Extreme fatigue or tiredness

Enlarge or Inflammation of the lymph nodes

Prolonged chronic diarrhea

Recurrent Respiratory Infections like Pneumonia

Skin of the genitals, anus or mouth becomes sore.

Depression, memory loss and even neurologic disorders.

Remember if you have been observing such symptoms I suggest that you get review from doctor for your medical checkup. The Physician will prescribe some tests only that can confirm whether someone has HIV or not.
