yes, that is also an important point. there are some evidences that trans fatty acids formed by partial hydrogenation is related to risk of cancer. I will show the evidences later. Thank you for your interest. :)
I became aware through engineering. The guys that design the margarine factories won't eat the stuff. Almost impossible to do; it's everywhere. That's all I know. Greetings!
