HOW TO KEEP FIT

My younger brother is physically weak and unhealthy.The reason is that he does not take regular exercise and balanced diet.So it is my duty to instruct him how to keep fit.At first he should eat a balanced diet because a balanced diet contains all the food value.He should drink plenty of water.The kidneys are the filters of the body.They can't work efficiently without sufficient water.

After that,he should remain safe and sound by keeping cleanliness.Then he should go to bed early and rise early.Next he should take physical exercise regularly.It helps muscles and nerves to work properly.It helps us to breathe more deeply and get more air into our lung.It also helps the blood to circulate all over the body and prevent constipation.
Finally,he should have plenty of rest and sleep.By following the above rules friends you all can keep fit.
