Well then we have fruit which is always very healthy but fruit like plums and also peaches and very high in polyphenols that are in the plums and peaches may help to prevent breast cancer from forming and also mulitiplying,but there is more research needed here but again there is no downside in eating healthy,then we have veggies like cruciferous s which are very high in antioxidants and also vitamins like C,E,K plus these veggies are high in fiber,plus these veggies have glucosinolates which has been shown to help fight cancer and these veggies are Broccolic and Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts and kale and also Arugula,then we have Dark Green veggies which the darker the better,means more antioxidants and fiber very potent cancer fighting properties to name few spinach,kale ,swiss chard,collard greens and turnips and beet greens also,all these foods have antioxidants to help with like inflammation which is one of the big factors in most all chronic issues with your body.
