Fitness: 14th April 2024 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Good Morning
I had written about my ankles hurting during the runs, and therefore, I had taken a break for two days. The feet feel fine. It is an odd situation that I feel pain before the run or after it, but not during the run. What am I supposed to do? Not run at all?
Of course, that’s a rhetorical question. I will run soon again.
I have used the previous two days for meditation and some deep healing using both EFT and Ho’oponopono. The amount of emotional muck that comes out is astounding. I am now a proponent of both emotional and physical well-being. Only physical can take us only so far. Emotional is the actual game changer.
Anyway, what was my physical regime like?
I went out for a walk in the morning and since it was a Sunday, I could return at leisure. I don’t enjoy walks as much as a run, but with my ankle pain I didn’t want to push things. I completed a three kilometer walk and my fit bit was bored measuring my progress. 😊
Once home, I sat back for some Ho’oponopono sessions, especially, focusing on my ankles. Quite a lot of things came out and I was surprised that I could have been carrying so much stuff for no reason. No wonder my warrior ankles were complaining and yet carrying on with the run with me. Kudos to my ankle!
I will start running once again in a couple of days and I look forward to that. In the meantime, emotional cleansers being applied. 😊 And since I have spoken so much about Ho’oponopono, you might want to know what it is all about. Here is my write-up on Ho’oponopono for those interested in learning more.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.

Did You Know?
Okay, this is one of the unexpected records, but it is interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.
Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.
Have a look at the video here:
The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head.
