Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. This article is meant to help you understand and control anger.
Anger has power—but there are healthy and unhealthy approaches to address that strength, from letting it manipulate you to wielding it in a manner that spurs you on to some thing high quality.
We were angry very often. I get angry and say to some of those dear ones, for which S/he was not ready. In our behavior, others suffer. For this reason may be repented, but the distance started to create. Normally our head does not work properly in such situations.
Whatever the anger is all, it becomes difficult to control anger. But there are some ways to keep anger in control. Here are some ways to know:
Think before:
Many times people become upset after being abused badly. It's better if you do not think before speaking anything. It does not even say whether or not it is said.
Calm down, Express anger:
Many people think that it is a good way to express anger without anger. Therefore, it will be calm down first, then there will be discussions on the causes of anger on the cold head.
Some exercises:
Mild exercise of some nerves, walking a little faster, some exercise, decreases anger. Breathe and leave it slowly. Do this so many times, the mind will be calm.
Forgiveness:
Learn to forgive Imagine using anger as well as your own use. It would be impossible to expect everyone to think like me all the time, right?
Attention:
If you get too angry then get rid of the reason that the anger gets over. Try to get busy for other purposes.

If you get angry because of any reason, tell the person to the nearest person. He may give a good way, it will be easy to control your anger.
Anger is a normal and even healthy emotion — but it's important to deal with it in a positive way. Uncontrolled anger can take a toll on both your health and your relationships.

In particular meditation is very effective for moderating anger. But it's true value comes when we meditate every day. In this way one simply does not anger as easily (though it can still happen). So rather than meditating to deal with a particular issue when we are angry it is better to meditate regularly and not get angry at the issue in the first place.
As a professional meditation teacher I have so many stories of clients experiencing the joy of not being angry as extremely and as often.
One meditator wrote after 18 months of meditating that she'd had a breakthrough. Twice that morning on her commute to work on the freeway someone cut in on her. And she didn't realise until she got to work that she didn't even get upset by it. She just took it in her stride. Where in the past she would have been shouting and abusing that person.
Another client described himself as "that guy who literally has his head and shoulders out of the window of his car yelling at others on the freeway". Over time he too managed to get to a place where the anger did not control him.
Anger itself is an empowering emotion it seems which is partly why it's so attractive. But there is usually a different emotion underneath it that the anger is hiding. Perhaps fear, guilt, sadness. Any number of emotions. Meditation also helps the individual become more aware of those more subtle feelings that are driving the anger.
