** Apple vinegar **
Malic acid, the main ingredient in apples, helps lower uric acid levels to normal. Add 1-3 teaspoons of apple vinegar to 8 ounces of warm water, drink 2-3 times a day. Consuming fresh apples can also have the same effect.
Olive oil
Olive or olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties. You can consume olive oil by adding it to vegetables, salads, or pasta.
**Nuts **
Some beans contain low purines, such as Brazil nuts, cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts and walnuts, all of which can help normalize uric acid levels, because they contain less than 40 mg of purine.
** Lemon **
Citric acid is one of the best solutions to reduce high uric acid levels. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C and citric acid. Add the lemon juice to a glass of warm water and drink 2 or 3 times a day.
**Water **
Drinking more water in a day will dilute uric acid, thereby reducing the pain due to deposition of uric acid crystals. It is recommended to drink 10-12 glasses of water per day. Also, try to include more juices and water-rich fruits in your diet.
