Chronic Inflammation Diet

in #health7 years ago

Chronic inflammation leads to autoimmune issues.
I've been dealing with this for awhile so here's a good Daily diet to stick to:

-Chamomile Tea, hot or cold
1-3 Fish oil supplements omega 3's (adjust to what your body needs)
-Extra B & D Vitamins (I always consume a little more than recommended because with inflammation disorders, my body never seems to fully absorb anything good)
-Garlic stuffed olives
-Organic blueberries
-Greek yogurt- plain 2%
-Bananas (apply topically to skin and consume)

These foods are easiest on the digestive system and are filling as well as high in antioxidants

::::Wash your face with warm water and chamomile tea bags/open up the bag and gently rub the leaves on your face (apply colloidal cream to moisturize the skin) I recently bought harsh chemicals for acne treatments but use such products on low inflammation days (you'll start to know when your skin is more tolerant to harsh chemicals or not, trust)::::

-Oatmeal (apply topically as a mask)
-More chamomile tea

Do a fasting cleanse with natural ingredients (I will try Nutra Cleanse Clean Shot today - comes with a 2oz supplement drink and 4 capsules)

Always drink lots of water, also sweat out toxins by exercising (cardio combined with strength training) just don't overdo it on fasting days otherwise you will feel depleted, could also do more harm than good.

On high inflammation days, I drink lots of water and sip chamomile tea and eliminate processed sugars & carbs completely.

Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor but I have suffered from inflammation issues my whole life and these are tried and true natural methods for me. So always consider your own body needs and what your doctor recommends.
