One of the best way to be healthy is to take a good sleep , our body is functioning is almost similar to mobile phone , ones mobile gets discharge it requires electric supply to recharge it .

In the same way a good and sound sleep is also required to charge our body , as studies says a normal human being should take 8 hours of good sleep , it helps us to remove fatigue , improve our productivity and provides a new energy to our life .

We belongs to a fast moving generation, still we should not avoid the importance of sleep , it is an essential requirement of human body .

What are the benefits of Sound Sleep :-

1-It improves out mental level-If we takes a good sleep our mind gets refresh and we can have a fresh start.
2-It helps to maintain immune system
3-Recharges humans Mood
4-It helps to glow our skin –Good sleep is directly proportional to glow of skin

I have seen a lot of fellow associates at my work place who are suffering from sleep deprivation and what I observed the main reason for this is :-

1-Not following a proper routine
2-Frequent late night parties
3-Consuming too much coffee
4-Bad dinner habits
5-No physical exercise/yoga/physical exertion.
6-Involving too much in text/calls

How to get a good sleep :-

1-One should stick to a proper routine
2-Should avoid unnecessary pressure/worries
3-Should have some physical exercise daily
4-Should follow good dieting habits, specially for Dinner
5-Should have a gap of around 2.5 hours between dinner and going to bed
6-Good sleep postures and proper bed room environment.

Enjoyed your post! As a nurse I used to work manynight shifts which after a while made me feel so drained, and out of focus .
