  1. Ginger and jaggery for sore or dry cough

Make a decoction by boiling Vasa (Adusa or Vasak) in 250 ml water with 10 leaves of Tulsi to the patients. Drinking this decoction in the morning for about 21 days brings relief.

Fill 10 grams of camphor, 200 grams of mustard oil - both in a vial, apply a strong thakkan and keep the vial in the sun. When both the things dissolve into one juice, then neuralgia, back and waist pain and muscle pain can be cured quickly by massaging with this oil.

  1. Mulethi powder for sore throat

Placing licorice powder in a betel leaf and eating it cures hoarseness. Or keep one gram powder of licorice in the mouth and chew it for some time while sleeping. Then keep it in your mouth in the same way. Throat will be clear by morning. Throat pain and swelling also gets relief.

  1. Mustard or olive oil for cracked hands and feet

By applying mustard oil daily in the navel, the lips do not crack and the chapped lips become soft and beautiful. Along with this, itching and dryness of the eyes goes away.

  1. Tulsi for cold fever and chronic respiratory diseases -

Grind 21 leaves of Tulsi like a chutney on a clean kharal or silbatte (on which spices have not been ground) and mix 10 to 30 grams of it in sweet curd and eat it every morning on an empty stomach for three months. Curd should not be sour. If curd doesn't work, mix one or two spoons of honey and take it. Give half gram basil sauce mixed with honey to young children. Do not give it with milk even by mistake. Take the medicine in the morning on an empty stomach. You can have breakfast after half an hour.

  1. Fennel seeds and sugar candy for mouth and throat problems

Chewing half a spoon of fennel both the times after meals cures many diseases of the mouth and dry cough, hoarse voice opens up, dryness of throat is cured and voice becomes sweet.

  1. Bathua juice for joint pain

Taking 15 grams juice of fresh leaves of Bathua every day cures arthritis. Do not mix salt-sugar etc. in this juice. Take empty stomach daily in the morning or at four in the evening. Do not take anything for two to two hours before or after taking it. Take it for two to three months.
