Today, no one doubts that laughter is the best remedy for depression, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and lung diseases, but it is not so easy to meet smiling people today. It is officially established that modern people began to laugh less than 100 years ago.

Most people are always in a hurry somewhere, they have serious faces the whole day so it's no wonder that they come home from work with a bad mood.

Meanwhile, not only our health depends on how often we laugh, but the well-being of our children. Already at the age of one month a small baby begins to copy his parents and if they constantly smile, then he also borrows from them this habit.

But with the age the ability to laugh goes away. It is parents` fault, who reproach the child with every laugh: "Do not laugh so loudly, you're not a clown!" The social rules of our society are guilty too, because the constantly smiling person is taken not very seriously.

  3. Laughter "cleanses" the lungs. When we laugh, we take a longer and deeper breath. We train the lungs, releasing more air. And also improve the blood flow of the lungs.

  5. Laughter helps to lose weight. Scientists have calculated that 15 minutes of laughter per day is replaced by 30 minutes of exercises three times a week.

  6. Laughter is the best holiday. 5 minutes of healthy laughter replace 30-40 minutes of rest.

  7. Many people think that wrinkles appear from laughter. Experts say that laughter strengthens the muscles of the face, makes the skin healthier and younger.

When you are sad, or even in pain, just go to YouTube and watch something that really makes you laugh... It's impossible not to forget problems with a good comic show, but the only one that knows what's makes you laugh is yourself so you know what your medicine is :)

Such great benefits from smiling! Thanks for this post and inspiration...I'm going to strive to smile more often.
