Lots of people dont know that you should only start taking any protin or suppliments after 6 months or year of gyming when your body is opening up for it...
Taking it on first day is just watse of money.....

But this episode is only about protein supplements nothing else and in a normal standard protein shake you better don’t have other stuff. And ofc there are tonnes of products which boost your performance ... and some of them are on the international doping list. But this all are another topic
