MACROS ON WORKOUT DAY
for my body type and age

I had my pre-workout after waking up and around 30 mins before my workout
after my post workout drink, I fasted until after my daily weight in
then had one keto meal and some home made ice cream :]
net carbs stayed under 25 grams
even with the ice cream sugar cone :]
