MY OWN NATURAL WAYS TO STAY FRESH AND YOUNGER!
Nowadays, many of us girls (or even boys) are much concerned about how we look like in our eyes and others eyes. Whatever size it is, from how we dressed and the things we use to use. So I decided to share some ideas on how I stay fresh and younger (even a little), which I know it might be familiar to anyone.
WATER INTAKE
I used to do this every day. Drinking water at least a cup in the morning on empty stomach this is to naturalize the flow of your digestion and of course to flatten your stomach too. Another cup of water or two before lunch meal, preferably 30 minutes before meal and another cup before sleep. This cup of water before sleep may reduce your anxiety while sleeping and to be able to prevent heart attack too that you might possibly encounter on sleep.
EIGHT (8) HOURS OF SLEEP
More likely, how much sleep do we really need every day? Some say that enough sleep is the foundation of a good mood and strength for everyday living especially for those who have working. For me, complete and enough sleep may help lessen causes of stress and fatigue.
UNNECESSARY MAKE-UP
Do we really need to put make up? Every day? Habit of having make-up make cause flakes on your face cause of some irritation. We all know that make-up is already part of life of every women and taking up too much of it is different. At least apply only a cream, thin layer of foundation (liquid) and do not put too much many different make-up on your face like eye colors(eye shadows etc.), blush on, concealer and many more. It looks and it feels so hot.
HEALTHY FOOD
When you say healthy foods it’s not actually having a diet like most are thinking it is. Eating healthy food is different from eating only healthy food. It’s like maintaining a good health in a not that crucial way. I eat at least home-cook food (not fast-food), fruits, and no preservatives. I eat junk food not too much, I eat fatty foods but I used to balance it.
