Early rising is good for health and wealth

Early rising is a good habit. It is beneficial to health. It means you get up from sleeping very early in the morning before the sun rising. Then nature is very calm and quiet. In that time fresh air blows and the weather is cold. It refreshes our mind.

An early riser gets enough time to perform his duty properly. There is an important proverb, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. If any person gets up early in the morning, he finds time to take some exercise or walk in the morning air. This air is good for health. An early riser can also enjoy the beauties of nature. Birds sing and flowers bloom early in the morning. One can enjoy birds, singing, the beauty of the colorful blooming flowers and the green leaves.

All these make a man cheerful and healthy. In fact, the morning environment gives a beautiful feeling. It reminds us of the creator. Early rising gives us many advantages. One can enjoy the whole day if he rises early in the morning. He is never to haste. He has enough time to work. By working more he can earn more. On the whole, early rising makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
