Strawberries are not really berries – Strawberries – in botanical terms – are fleshy non-citrus fruits which develop from a single ovary. No one really knows how the edible fruit came by the name ‘strawberry’ – No one really knows why they are called ‘strawberries.’ However, it may not be unconnected to the fact that before getting plucked, strawberries hang low and appear to be strewn along the farm ground. It is said that a serving of fruits every day will remove the “rust” from joints. This old adage is definitely true for strawberries since it has powerful anti-inflammatory ability to ease inflammation and associated pain from these types of conditions. Thank you for this informative post.

Strawberries the most beautiful and awesome fruit. I used to put it in milk and enjoy its milk share during Spring season here in my country.

Strawberry is one of my favorites, i always have it whenver its out, it great to know the nutrientional and medicinal values are great and worth it

In India it is grown in Mahabaleshwar. India exports its strawberries to many countries and it also sells its pulp to many countries. Great to know about benefits of Strawberries. This is the season of strawberries.

They are not actually berries brother. THey are accessory fruits. ;)
