What To Do If You Have Fever?

Fever is one of the major symptoms of physical illness, which indicates the body temperature of 36.5-37.5 degrees Celsius (97.7-99.5 degrees Fahrenheit) of normal body temperature. Fever, but not bad. The first prevention against any infections or infections of the body is fever.

Normally the temperature of the body is said to be fever if it is above 99 degrees Fahrenheit. It is not necessary to go to the doctor if he has a fever or have medicines for fever. If you adopt some techniques, the temperature of the fever can reduce the body temperature without medication. It was given below:

  1. If you have a fever then take a bath. So that the body temperature is slightly reduced. Do not take a shower for 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) minutes. When the bath is over, put the body on the bed with a blanket or blanket. See that the body is sweating and the body temperature is somewhat lower than before. The body will feel a bit lighter when bathing.
  2. If you do not take a bath, soak the towel in water and chip it with the towel thoroughly remove the whole body. Water must be normal (cold and not hot again). After wiping with wet towel, the body will be removed with dry cloth. Put a small cotton cloth in the water and keep it on the forehead of the chip. Keep doing this after a short period of time not to reduce fever.
  3. If you have fever, eat hot liquid foods. Ginger can be prepared by making tea with leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, sugar, little salt and tea leaves. Besides, tulsi tea, green tea can eat. Due to this all eating habits, your body will sweat, which will reduce body temperature. Drink a cup of 2 cups of two cups of water (two) -3 (three) times a day by mixing 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey. This will help reduce your body temperature.
  4. If there is fever, then there is a vacuum in the body, so drink plenty of water. Besides, you can prepare a curry with lemon and eat it. There is nothing to be afraid of drinking excessive water after a few hours of piss. If you drink less water again, it may seem dry dried.
  5. If fever you may lose your mouth's flavor. It can be good for tastes on your face. For example: pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, orange, malta etc.

If you do not have a fever or have a fever of more than a week after normal treatment, then you should consult a doctor. If the fever goes up 105 (100), many coughs, abdominal pains, urinary problems, excessive vomiting, incomprehensible treatment of fever or being unconscious, must be taken to hospital quickly.
