I'm so happy that you could find this great support here within this community. And yes this community is amazing, the steemers really try to help and support each other. When I'm going through hard times, like anxiety, what really helps me is praying to God and listening to Joyce Meyer or Joel Osteen for about 1/2 hr a day, that is actually how I start my day because I believe with out that I would be a real mess. So God has been my biggest comforter and of course, my husband and my kids are also amazing. Thank you for sharing your story because by writing it you are helping others and I believe you are helping yourself too.
