Number 1 and Number 3 😣 it is hard to say No to those but yes I will do my best. Are there any alternatives for them to remove the craving?
Yes, most people agree that it's hard to avoid. I think if you like it and feeling good there is nothing wrong to take it (1 or 3) sometimes. It's bad to eat/drink it everyday but sometimes will be fine.
As they said, too much of everything is bad. Thanks for the tip.
