I like to add a table spoon of Psyllium husk on my breakfast cereal each day.
A nice daily spoonful of 'a broom' for the insides.

I have to now. I'm so used to the flavour that it adds that if it's not added, the cereal (muesli, weetbix or porridge) just doesn't taste 'right'.
