Healthy lunch: Green Salad with Avocado, Walnuts, Eggs and home made yoghurt dressing
Todays lunch is super easy and tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
- leafy greens
- cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful walnuts
- 2 cooked eggs
- some crispy organic whole grain bread on the side
FOR THE DRESSING:
- organic yoghurt
- 1 table spoon mixed herbs
- 1 garlic
- salt to taste
Remember to use organic ingredients if possible.
