Love is the most powerful transforming force in the world and borns inside us. First of all we have to love ourself. From this moment on we'll be more careful with our health (body-mind-spirit) but the most important is loving us and be happy at the same time. Althought love and happiness don't always be together, finding this balance is essential because doing changes in our lives without feel comfortable is harmful.

Loving people who are in our inner circle is the next step, supporting them, procure their welfare mostly in hard times. Motivate those people who matter to us when be necessary. Integrate the family to share activities that will bring them possitive change. Practicing sports is a excelent opportunity of family gathering, team work, strengthening of emotional ties that never must be overlooked.

Finally let's love our environment, we must go out to explore the wonders around us. Loving something is impossible if we don't acquaint it. Transform our physical environment, create value applying the knowledge that we have and learn more. When the nations are going throught difficult times the love of their citizens play a fundamental to get the things better. Crisis are temporal, the love to our roots are forever.
