Material:

• Anchor Salted Butter
• sugar
• Salt
• Whipping Cream
• Yolk

Methods:

Step 1

Now we start. tir the butter with sugar.

Step 2

Mix the egg yolk with the butter to make it smooth.

Step 3

Add light cream, salt 2-3 times, and keep it mixing.

Step 4

Followed by: ake embryo - salty cream - biscuits crumbs - cake embryo - salted butter - biscuits crumbs - berry cocoa flakes, almond slices.

用料
● 安佳有盐黄油100克
● 韩国砂糖15克
● 盐1.5克
● 淡奶油150克
● 蛋黄1个（介意的可不放）
步骤 1
黄油放软+糖，打至顺滑
步骤 2
加入蛋黄打至顺滑（这里是2份）
步骤 3
分2-3次加入淡奶油、盐，打发
步骤 4
依次：蛋糕胚-咸奶油-饼干屑-蛋糕胚-咸奶油-饼干屑-百利可可薄片，上面任意装饰我用的杏仁片+蔓越梅干
