Day3. Body Fitness contest
Hi every one!
It's Fit Jinny.
I'd like to talk about healthy life in Steemit.
I used to be overweighted however I succed on my diet.
I have controlled my appetite and worked out regulary.
Last year, I decided to participate on fitness contest and I got the third place.
If you want to lose your weight.
- Certain target should be planned
- Tell people that you will go on a diet with a certain period time and goal
- Look at the picture for your goal every time.
On My diary, My goal was right picture and every in the morning I looked at the picture.
The result is the left picture and it's pretty similar.
I hope you will get the good result on your diet as well.
