RE: Supplements pill

in #health7 years ago

I prefer to have a healthy diet instead. There's no clear black and white though in this area. Sometimes a problem in your diet may warrant using a supplement, but usually you're better off with eating the actual plant (herb or otherwise). Thanks for sharing!

How will you aquire L-theaninine in your natural diet?

I agree with you. But it is hard to prepare healthy diet obtained from nature. So I eat supplements with proper amount.

So that means you produce highly nutriment urine!

that´s also true, but better too much than a deficiency. Your body needs a synergy of ingredients working together; if the immune system is deficient in one or more nutrients, it will not be able to maintain you healthy. The body is regulating the quantities it needs (except if you absorb too much (too much water also would kill you!)

you are right, but the problem is that the food that you find in normal supermarkets is depleted of the vitamins and minerals:
Intensive crops have depleted the different minerals of soils; these substances are not reintroduced by fertilisers, which don´t return more than Potassium, Nitrogen and Phosphorus. In addition, pesticides kill soil microorganisms that play a very important role in the "digestion" of mineral matter so that it can be absorbed by plants: this is why the fruits and vegetables that you find in your supermarket also lack minerals.

Thank you for kind descriptions:)
