RE: Fitness Formula Made Simple Part 1 of 3: Why?

in #health7 years ago

I try to be fit to maintain a level of health because I enjoy how I feel after I work out. My struggle is maintaining a consistent workout plan. Traveling for work and working unexpected 10-12+ hour days really kills my routines.

After working that many hours, then finally grabbing dinner, it's already midnight or later and the only way I can maintain a consistent workout routine is by working out in the morning. The problem with that is I am NOT a morning person! I love my sleep, and getting enough sleep at night is a large part of maintaining your health. So I frequently decide to not work out on mornings after working very late at night.

Great Post! I can't wait to see the next 2 parts!

My brotha from another cza4 chasis! Your response is exactly what I'm looking for. The first hurdle is always getting started and the second is maintaining. We're always at the mercy of our daily schedules whether it's personal or professional commitments. The key is finding out what workouts work best even when you think it's impossible to fit it in during your day. Watch out for part 2. Hopefully it'll provide some insight.
