I'd read about these mucoid plaque "ropes" before I ever experienced it, and was skeptical myself. There's a lot of skepticism out there, doctors say it's not real, it's "pseudoscience" etc. But during the cleanse, I had that crap come out of me and my instinct says it's not good for that stuff to stay in the body! And I felt sooo much better afterward!
The ropes are long and tough. You could use them as boat ropes.

Enemas go up and blast against the rubbery plaque... this cleanse gently releases the plaque from the intestinal lining and lets it come down... in my limited experience, I'd go with the cleanse.

It's true... I thought it might have just been hype when I heard how life-changing this could be, but it blew past my expectations... I feel like a missionary telling people how crazy good this cleanse is!
Doesn't it just feel so good knowing you're not carrying that stuff around inside of you anymore!
