10 steps to a better you
Want to feel better about yourself? Do you just not have enough motivation to do the things you'd like to do?
Here is a list of 10 simple ways that can help you better yourself;

- Practice smiling – it can alleviate pain
- Plan a trip - even if you're unable to afford it, planning a vacation or even looking at a picture your dream holiday can boost your endorphins
- Meditate – rewire your brain for happiness increase both happiness and life satisfaction
