John's Symptoms,

Minor sore throat 3 days

Sore throat much worse, 2 – 3 days

Fever, 38.5C, (101F) 2 days

Nasal symptoms

Fever, 4 days, 37.4C (99.3F)

Productive cough

Malaise, total disinterest, apathy, preferred to rest, brain fog, minor anorexia

Nasal clearing, mucous turned green

Not present

Headache, loss of smell, much sneezing, aches and pains limited, D+V.

My management

Rest

Light nutrition, protein

Vitamin C

Zinc

Dilute iodine gargles

Calcifediol

Avoid antipyretics

Keep warm

Keep well hydrated
