Regular physical activity is essential for helping to promote long term health, reduce your risk of chronic disease and improve your overall quality of life.
Create a consistent habit of just 15-30 minutes of physical activity 3 to 5 days per week in order to move in the positive and life-changing direction of health, wellness and vitality.
In order to make it easier for you, just start out with only 5-10 minutes a day and work your way up 1-2 minutes every 2 to 3 days until you can perform some form of physical activity for 15-20 minutes.
