The six week health challenge, week 5: Keeping fit

Here, i have images of three exercises i do routinely just to keep fit.
*DUMBBELL
This is an easy to do exercise. As shown above, the aim of this exercise is to build the biceps..giving it a nice look. The weight is lifted and flunged up and down with a regular rhythmn.
*PRESS UPS
The aim of this exercise is to build the biceps and triceps. The whole body is pushed against the floor up and down in a pronated position.
*SQUATTING
This exercise is done to build the thigh muscles and the leg muscles. It also build the ass (this is for ladies) making it look big.
