Gastritis is a disorder of the stomach mucosa which arises when it is inflamed. The injuries can be acute or chronic and there are different causes for its occurrence, development and recidivism.

Without a doubt, gastritis is one of ailments requiring further consultations today. This is because one of the causes is the well-known "stress". So, which wreak havoc on other parts of the body. Natural remedies for gastritis

• Dissolve a little bit of lemon juice in a glass of warm water and drink after a meal. The stomach "detects" the acidity of the lemon and stops producing gastric juices, which will reduce the pain. In addition, lemon is an excellent cicatrizant and heal ulcers or stomach injuries.

• Blend half large potato, a carrot , and two branches of celery (all raw and peeled). Baby immediately, always in fasting and repeated daily for at least one month.

• Three sprigs of parsley, blend three cups of milk and five branches of watercress. Drink after the two main meals for six months.

• Come twice a week a purple cabbage with carrots and cucumber salad, seasoned with a bit of lemon juice.

• Drink ¼ Cup of juice of Aloe Vera ( aloe veragel) three times a day. You can buy already prepared or have a plant and cut the stems. Aloe serves to heal and heal the stomach, as well as being anti-microbial walls.

• Place to cook a handful of rice in half a litre of water. When you are ready, strain and cool water. Drink up to three times a day.
