Switch dry for less processed and wet for more and I'd agree 100%, which is pretty much what you're saying and I think what you mean.
Less processing means, generally, less garbage~
Exactly. Avoid strong tasting foods because it always means there are a lot of added salt/sugar/fat
not true, drying something reduces nutrient content. eating fresh beans is ideal. canned beans are made from dried beans.
I am not says to dry it, but to avoid putting syrups and sauces on it to enhance flavour. It always makes the dish less healthy
